If you were out for a leisurely stroll on 20th December you may have been shocked to see hoards of runners in Christmas fancy dress! This was the annual Porthcawl Runners Santa Dash – a handicapped race that saw runners of all abilities race 3k together along the seafront.

The first male was Ioan Clatworthy and first female was Emily O’Neill.

The winner of the fancy dress competition was Steve Picton, who assured us he was a Christmas superhero reindeer! Those more observant amongst us clearly saw a Ninja turtle wearing a Santa hat!
